Workflo Manager can be installed in offline mode on servers that don’t
have internet access. The TechNet article explains the steps for offline
installation of Workflo Manager. But when you try to download the Workflo
manager tool using the command given in the article you would get an error “Can't
find product with id WorkflowManager”
The
reason for the error is that WorkflowManager product was updated with
WorkflowManagerRefrersh in Jan 2014. So if we replace the product name in the
webpicmd command for downloading the
Workflo Manager the error will go and you will be proceed with the
installation. Below is the correct command
Webpicmd /offline
/Products:WorkflowManagerRefresh /Path:C:\WorkflowManagerFiles
